Welcome back to Free Circuit dot com, today we have DC to DC converter for your apply to power project or amplifier circuit.

So,We prepare both circuits and component layout too.

DC-DC converter provides a maximum power of about 36 watts at an efficiency of 90%. Besides a modern FET and Schottky diode, this circuit is very well known and cheap parts.

Nevertheless, the specifications are excellent

yield: about 90%
ripple: 10 mV.
max Output current: 1.5 A.
maximum switching frequency: 40 kHz
Input voltage: 12 V.

output voltage: 24 V.

regulated The switching element is a quick power FET (T8).
This FET has a relatively high input capacitance and switching on and off by a push / pull phase of two RF transistors (T5/T6). Schottky diode D2 increases even more off-speed, which is crucial here because we strive to achieve the highest possible efficiency.

This circuit is a DC voltage output from a small DC input generate large voltage. It ’s easy and quick to do, and reducing the value of the Z-diode, the circuit can be universally adapted to other output devices of the circuit voltages. The give and all diagrams represent a DC converter with 12V battery 9 volt DC input and output.

With the 10V zener diode, as in the diagram, the output voltage is approximately 9.3 volts DC. The supply voltage is used, should always be at least a few volts higher than the Zener voltage. In this example, I have a 12 Volt DC battery to provide regulated 9-volt DC output.

Circuit above is electronic devices often contain several sub-circuits, each with its own voltage level requirement different than that supplied by the battery or an external supply (sometimes higher or lower than the supply voltage, and possibly even negative voltage). Additionally, the battery voltage declines as its stored power is drained. Switched DC to DC converters offer a method to increase voltage from a partially lowered battery voltage thereby saving space instead of using multiple batteries to accomplish the same thing.
