Can anybody where make a circuit, i need something that can charge and regulate, a battery... But it needs like a dual supply input voltage. (inputs like a solar cell (12dc) and windmill (12DC)

So it there is no wind the solar panel will change the battery and if there in no sun the wind will charge the battery.. and if there is wind and sun no problem...
Just don't wanna swap or anything all the time...

Sorry for the long story, in Afrikaans, and most of the time people don't know that i mean.
