Hello!

I'm thinking of building such a battery status monitor for a 12V battery. Unfortunately I know little about electronics. Can you explain how you can calculate the values of the rezistors in order to obtain specific voltage values at which the LEDs light up? Also, how much current is passing through the LEDs? I'm interested in finding out how much power is consumed by the whole circuit because I don't want it to draw too much current from the battery. Thanks!
